In general, a person, organization or product added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. Sir, the person added complies with the Wikipedia guidelines, it's only that you did not even spare me to add the sources and key refrences to where his notability come. But for the article I expect him to have it in another language other than English my thought was that would serve the purpose. But I will provide it now.
