Crowd Searching Needs More Explaining

Crowd searching is one of the types of crowd sourcing, but it is not well defined here. Also it says "...as crowd searching, which differs from Micro work in that ..." where Micro work has not been mentioned yet. I think there should be at lease a link to Micro work.
