Is Emergen-C better than vitamins

Studies conducted by me, Doctor Alan Richman, makes it clear that the powder called Emergen-C is better for you than taking vitamins. It has more Vitamin C, which makes a person less likely to get sick than a person that takes chewable vitamins or pills.
