That's okay, but you have to give attribution so that our readers are made aware that you copied the prose rather than wrote it yourself. It's also required under the terms of the license. Your "Cultural Monuments of [X district of Serbia]" articles
All of these just duplicate the existing article Immovable Cultural Heritage of Exceptional Importance (Serbia) (and possibly Immovable Cultural Heritage of Great Importance (Serbia)). If you think that it would be a good thing to denote which administrative division's territory these cultural monuments lie in, you can just make a new column for the district.
You are copying the structure of this topic from the Serbian Wikipedia (by simply carrying over the list from articles such as sr:Списак споменика културе у Косовском округу), but this is not suitable for the English Encyclopedia, where this topic has already been duly covered.
Also, grouping of such subjects by district seems like arbitrary cross-referencing that is unsupported by secondary sources. This does not meet the English Wikipedia conventions for stand-alone lists, namely WP:NLIST. —Alalch E. 22:25, 24 February 2023 (UTC)
