I'm looking for guidance from an administrator on how to find other Wikipedians who'd like to add to the "Freedom of Information in the United States" category, or add FOIA sections to articles about cities, counties and school districts that have experienced FOIA litigation.

Admins are just the same as other users, except for the fact they can delete pages, block users and protect pages. I am sure there are many non-admins that know more than the admins do! They are just volunteers... Tiddly-Tom 19:18, 21 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
