Conflict of interest?

Hi, Laura Yuree Kim! It looks like you might have a WP:Conflict of interest at New York Times? I see that you've requested an edit for the NYT's page to add information about The Weekly.

WP strongly discourages COI direct editing. Making edit requests on the page as you did (rather than editing the page directly) is absolutely the best way to go, and I'd suggest that you place a COI disclosure template on your user page at User:Laura_Yuree_Kim as well. The instructions on how to disclose are at WP:Conflict of interest. Many editors are open to working with COI editors, but you do need to disclose your connection. If you have any questions or need help, I'll keep this page on my watch list, so you can ask them here if you like. --valereee (talk) 15:35, 20 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
