Talk pages

Answered on my talk page. New sections always go at the end (for article talk pages as well as user talk pages). I did not see your question because I was not looking for it at the top of the talk page. Some people, and to me it is annoying, go back and forth between user talk pages with questions and answers. For me it is easier to read if the discussion on that topic is all in one place - I have no idea what you are responding to if you just answer on my talk page to a statement here, for example. It is known as keeping threads in one location. Before you get too far, you might like to read WP:COI and WP:REALNAME. 199.125.109.126 (talk) 12:50, 9 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
