Speedy deletion of Life mel honey

A tag has been placed on Life mel honey, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam as well as Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. —G716 <T·C> 23:52, 20 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hello! I rewrote the article somewhat -- please confirm that my edits are fine. You may also wish to use this AfD to address the points raised on the article's Talk Page. Cheers! Ecoleetage (talk) 01:26, 22 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Kyral -- I've removed the sentence you added to this article on further research needed -- whilst I agree entirely that further research is needed, this statement is original research. What is needed is a quotation from someone else stating that more research is necessary, published in a reputable source. The best I could find is the Guardian blog entry that I quoted, which does not (on a quick reread) seem to explicitly state this. Regards, Espresso Addict (talk) 17:44, 4 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for March 13

Hi. When you recently edited Samsung Galaxy S II, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Kies (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Gwar may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "()"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

Disambiguation link notification for July 26

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Brewferm, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Porter. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Brewferm requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to Razor. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Δρ.Κ. λόγοςπράξις 23:21, 4 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I was actually adding references to an section which did not have citations for its cost sources. My two references (in full Harvard format) were for the number of times a razor cartridge can be used, and the cost of the said cartridge. Previous content in the article just had these figures assumed.

A tag has been placed on Mulled ale requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article or image appears to be a clear copyright infringement. This article or image appears to be a direct copy from http://www.gq-magazine.co.uk/entertainment/articles/2015-11/19/mulled-beer-recipe. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website or image but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Information icon Hello, I'm Velella. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to Luxury goods have been undone because they appeared to be promotional. Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" are against Wikipedia policy and not permitted; Wikipedia articles should be written objectively, using independent sources, and from a neutral perspective. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Almost all your edits appear to be advertising publications by Christopher Parker. This is unacceptable editing behaviour. If you are Christopher Parker or are paid or rewarded by him, this must be declared on your user page as a direct conflict of interest.  Velella  Velella Talk   11:22, 28 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
