Sandbox move
Hi, I'm a non-WikiEdu editor who came across your article a few moments ago. I noticed you'd moved your sandbox article with commentary on your changes to Public defender (United States) into a separate article with different capitalization, Public Defender (United States). From the note at the top, I see you're a little confused as to where you should make the changes; with educational assignments like this you normally just make the changes to the main article, as specified in your assignment listing at Wikipedia:Wiki Ed/UCSD/Introduction to Policy Analysis (Fall). If you have not already, I recommend you try the Sandbox and Mainspace training module. Remember that you should only move pages from the sandbox that do not already exist in another state; otherwise, the sandbox should just serve as a place for you to test out a couple of sentences or so before you're ready to add to the main article.
Explanations of the changes you've made, like your section of the sandbox article detailing what changes you've made, should be kept outside of the main namespace; that way casual readers don't get a "work-in-progress" feel from an article by accidentally stumbling upon your explanations. Your instructor (or some of the content experts) can help you're still confused or need help with some of WP's more inscrutable aspects.
