Request to change "collapsed" to "breached" in the following sentence: "On the morning on August 29, a levee collapsed along Columbia Lakes in Brazoria County, prompting officials to urgently request everyone in the area evacuate.[66]" The given source is sufficient as it indicates that the levee was "breached" and "some water did get through but it wasn't substantial." I have provided an additional source.
