Hi, The reason why your draft was not accepted was due to the fact that it didn't meet WP:NM or WP:BIO. The subject of the article seems to have little coverage and isn't notable enough to be on Wikipedia. Remember that Wikipedia only hosts articles for people who are very notable and known, few people make this criteria.
