Your edits to Pasquale Stafano

Please read my comments at Talk:Pasquale Stafano and take them on board. Tour edits are purely promotional, unrefrenced, and entirely inappropriate. This is an encylopedia article, not an artist's advertisement page. It is particularly important that you read the following guidelines and policy pages and follow them scrupulously:

Sorry but my intention is not to promote anyone. I found references in internet and I put it in the article. The artist seems have many references which I found on the web and they are not inappropriate. Why promotional? No reason to promote anyone!

I think that these are references which now I found again quickly in internet, if you call it in other way please let me know ;) http://www.cracjazz.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/Letni-Festiwal-Jazzowy-2016-Afisz-DUZY.jpg (Koncert Specialne: Nuevo Tango Ensamble is trio by artist Stafano) http://www.jazznastarowce.pl/index.php?a=festiwal-jazz-na-starowce-archiwum&b=2007&c=5 (Poland 2007) http://www.hkijf.com/en/46-2015/lineup/332-pasquale-stefano-east-west-quintet-italy-taiwan (Hong Kong Jazz Festival 2015) http://www.hkijf.com/en/past-line-up

I believed that wikipedia was a free encyclopedia done by free contributors but maybe I'm wrong

Hi Kilohu. The links you gave are all to the publicity biographies of Stafano. They are not independent of him. On top of that, one of them is a blog, and is inappropriate as a source. Lists of famous people who he has "collaborated" are inappropriate and promotional. For references uou need to look for articles about him and published reviews of his performances. They need to be published in newspapers, magazines, or books. Simply repeating the same material from his official biographies or concert listings is not enough. The page Wikipedia:SOURCE explains the requirements. Voceditenore (talk) 16:30, 19 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Voceditenore, when you write "the links are publicity biographies of Stafano" I am not agree with you sorry. It is not pubblicity but references because the web sites are not written by the artists, it's a third part that write the information about a concert, review of a CD and so on. The links I showed you before are taken by Festivals web site and the first seems a poster which I think you could find in the city of festival. How do I know where an artist plays, if artist recorded CD, write a book? I google the name, open the links, I know that. Internet is nice and useful for that. These are information about the artist, written by 3rd part indipendent by artist and of course not written by artist. Official biography is written by artist. Other example, if artist plays in NY at Conergie Hall and there are no newspaper, magazines which talk about that and there are just Conergie Hall web site with this information, I can't write in wikipedia that this artist played in NY at Conergie hall just because no newspaper, book, magazines talking about? For me, concert in NY at Conergie Hall is a reference about artist concerts career. This is my point of view. Kilohu (talk) 21:53, 19 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

An article you recently created, Mediterranean Tales (Pasquale Stafano and Gianni Iorio album), does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.
