3RR violation on Romania

Warning

Please refrain from undoing other people's edits repeatedly, as you are doing in Romania. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. Re: Troubled times

Miclovan informed me that he started his account to revert Anonimu, and that he was alerted by you about the article. This still falls under meatpuppetry. I'm not sure who the IP was, but it was probably Miclovan (who I have unblocked by the way). I don't want you to stop making changes; in fact I encourage you to try to come to a compromise on this. I even asked another user, Dahn, to check out the conflict. Here's what he said in response.
