I have combined two articles on very related topics into one.
Don't delete yet!! I will add references later when I have time.
The reason this article is heavy with real estate appraisal examples is that I plan on creating several articles on valuation and appraisal whcih will refer to this article. --KTrimble (talk) 04:18, 8 October 2009 (UTC)
