Always nice to see you

Years ago, as a neophyte wikipedian, I tangled with you. Later, I came to understand that my initial judgments about your sometimes brusque approach were wildly misguided. I told you so and you were gracious about letting bygones be bygones.

I see your edits rarely now, but whenever I do it makes me smile, whether I agree with your editorial judgment or not. (On Trudeau, I most assuredly do.)

At the moment, I'm engaged in trying to keep a POV-pusher in check. At just the moment she had goaded me into becoming too hot under the collar to continue constructively, I noticed your Trudeau edit on my watchlist. It made me decide to self-revert a too-snide reply to a provocation I needed to ignore and put a hidden comment in place to try to redirect my interlocutor into a more constructive channel. It may work; it may not. Either way, your appearance on my watchlist served an unintended, but useful purpose for this project we both value.

Possible change to the behavior of user pages where the user exists, but no local user page exists
