The Wikipedia Tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. The article Barbara Leigh has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No notability established.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Request reason:

Not using sock puppy or whatever....I haven't been on here in almost a year and forgot my old username and password, so i made a new account

Decline reason:

You are blocked, for the inappropriate use of multiple accounts and for inappropriate edits. A change of username is not appropriate, since it is you, the person, who are blocked, and not any of the accounts you used. FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 22:11, 22 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

My old account was blocked, tempoarily. I was debating with another user. The block expired recently so I came back to wikipedia. I didn't remember my old account username or password, so I made another account. I was not aware that this was against the rules. I will use this account and only this account if I am unblocked and enabled to edit pages in the future

Decline reason:

I agree with FisherQueen. You, the person, are not allowed to edit, not just whatever account(s) you've been editing from. –MuZemike 01:47, 23 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

User:Excuseme99 was never unblocked; here is the block log. The sockpuppet investigation confirms fifteen usernames and one ip address, not counting this one. Either your memory is extraordinarily poor, or you are not being entirely honest. -FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 22:30, 22 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

{{unblock|You misunderstood me. That was the primary account I previously used. I created many different accounts, I was not aware that this was not allowed when I first did that. Sometimes I would log into a few of them actively. My IP adress was blocked for six months for sockpuppet. The block expired, so I presumed I was allowed to return. I am again blocked for sockpuppetting, even though this is the only account I have used since.

It seems you misunderstood. You were blocked indefinitely. IPs don't get blocked forever, since they are often reassigned to other users; six months is usually long enough to be sure the blocked user is finished making new accounts. In order to make a plausible case for unblocking, in addition to not creating any more sockpuppets, you'll also need to address the inappropriate content of your edits. -FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 00:30, 23 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

OK....but I would like to know what was inappropriate about my edits. I did add some movie information, and some death details (with sources) and quotes.

I have nominated Barbara Leigh, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Barbara Leigh. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.
