Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page IT cost transparency has been reverted.
Your edit here to IT cost transparency was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (http://www.bdtechnews.tk/2009/09/prevent-spending-extra-just-in-case.html) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 06:08, 10 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to IT cost transparency. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. bonadea contributions talk 07:05, 10 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to IT cost transparency. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. bonadea contributions talk 07:37, 10 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you insert a spam link, as you did at IT cost transparency. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted, preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines.

The Financial Times link is not dead, but mistakenly marked as such. The link you are replacing it with does not meet Wikipedia's external links guidelines. bonadea contributions talk 07:47, 10 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

In addition your edit summaries are misleading. To repair a dead link means that you make that link work again, by fixing a typo or maybe finding an archived version of the URL. Replacing it with a totally different link does not amount to repairing it. --bonadea contributions talk 07:50, 10 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
