hello mr newslinger. my name is achmadmahbub junaedi. i work on charta politika and study at university of indraprasta. my purpose to join on wikipedia to write charta politika with place my website for your reference. i am not do a promotion. sorry if you have other means from what i have done. i hope you catch my point and i am not spammer. i just newbie on wikipedia.

You seem to be saying you are here to write about your website but that you aren't promoting it, both of these cannot be true at the same time.
