Unusual wikipedia page

To whome whoever is reading this I have come across quite an unusual wikipedia article under the title Chelsea Dickenson. The page, although meant for Chelsea, gives a brief biography of Namunswa Alma D, who if my math is correct, is not Chelsea Dickensen (they call me Sherlock Holmes). Also, the sources are odd, and the titles are not very neutral. I did a bit of digging, and I struggled to find any reliable sources or any sources really at all about this person at all.

Considering I am fairly new to Wikipedia editing, I was not sure how to approach this situation or who I should talk too so I decided to contact an administrator. If this is the wrong place to talk about this, please let me know. Joecompan (talk) 09:52, 28 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I have fixed the article. It seems someone replaced the article not that long ago with an article about themselves. Happy editing, Dreamy Jazz talk to me | my contributions 10:14, 28 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Muster Dogs moved to draftspace

Thanks for your contributions to Muster Dogs. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it has no sources. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. CycloneYoris talk! 02:35, 20 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah completely agree. I just created it via the Australia wikiproject thing not realising it just automatically makes the page. As I said in the edit summary it was meant to be a draft. I am currently working on it. Joecompan (talk) 03:05, 20 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I'm Qwerfjkl (bot). I have automatically detected that this edit performed by you, on the page 2006 United States Senate elections, may have introduced referencing errors. They are as follows:

  • A missing title error. References show this error when they do not have a title. Please edit the article to add the appropriate title parameter to the reference. (Fix | Ask for help)

Please check this page and fix the errors highlighted. If you think this is a false positive, you can report it to my operator. Thanks, Qwerfjkl (bot) (talk) 10:21, 1 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Broc oh shiiii my bad. That was unintentional. I tried to paraphrase but I obviously didn't do it well enough. I apologise for the inconvenience it won't happen again. Happy to rewrite it if need be. Again sorry bro. Joecompan (talk) 10:04, 11 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
We take copyright issues very seriously on Wikipedia, but I understand it is a rather complex topic. To simplify to its very core: don't copy a source and try to change a few words (see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing), rather read the source and rewrite the sentence entirely in your own words.
Once you've rewritten the text, let me know. I will run it through Earwig and remove the copyvio template accordingly. Broc (talk) 10:33, 11 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks bro working on it right now. I will get it back to you ASAP. Joecompan (talk) 10:35, 11 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Broc I have rewritten it. Let me know if there are any issues more than happy to help out. Sorry for putting you through this lol my bad. Joecompan (talk) 12:16, 11 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
No worries. I requested revision deletion for the edit history containing the copyright violations, an administrator will have to process it, it could take some time. Broc (talk) 12:34, 11 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks Broc appreciate it bro. Joecompan (talk) 13:33, 11 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
