Thanks Dan. I also noticed that you left a note indicating that the article Draft:Justin_Rapp can be merged into 2017 Wichita swatting.
I will see if any of the information proposed my Draft:Justin_Rapp can be added as such and then do that. I just noted
that many articles on Wiki quote the name "Justin Rapp" though there is no wiki entry for such, and it seemed links
to the 2017 Wichita swatting might seem irrelevant (when a user may want additional info on "Justin Rapp" - though my draft provides not much).
The article 2017 Wichita swatting itself does reference "Justin Rapp" but does not talk about him in detail.
