My edits have been subject to reversion for no stated reason. This is surely not behaviour that Wikipedia encourages. A previous change was backed out by an enthusiastic Irish Republican but the stated reasons were both inaccurate and provocative. Surely Wikipedia does not tolerate bullying, either?

I apologise for any wrong-doing, but I am also disappointed that Wikipedia guidelines are apparently being misused by those who in the know. Rather than being blocked, I would appreciate the opportunity to pursue further the issues that have been raised tonight.
Decline reason:
3RR is one of the very few absolute rules that we have. I suggest spending some time during the block reading our policies so you will not make this mistake again. — John (talk) 22:43, 25 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
