This case looks really interesting—and it’s nice to have a more recent case. The article is really sparse, so you’ll really add to it by building out the facts, holding, and reasoning of the case. Because it’s such a recent case, there may be less of a secondary literature out there, but you may want to review blogs and online law reviews.
