Hello, this is not the right way to be going about this. These templates are for assistance with editing. You may get more useful insights from asking at the village pump, or alternatively approaching a few individual editors who have been known to be particularly active in AFD and the like (but if you choose to do so, utilizing extreme care—as well as not mass-spamming users—is required. Wikipedia is first and foremost an encyclopedia; while we are a community, activities which cause potential disruption to the main goal of building the encyclopedia are strongly frowned upon.) I would recommend contacting the Wikimedia Foundation directly. On another note, welcome; I am sure you can find articles for which your expertise would be much appreciated.
