File permission problem with File:BetulKacar2009.jpg

Thanks for uploading File:BetulKacar2009.jpg, which you've attributed to Betul Kacar. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

Just restoring the image to Betül Kaçar is not a long term solution, you need to go to https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Deletion_requests/File:Betul-Kacar.jpg and follow the instructions to send an email or otherwise explain how this is a free image. Or it will be deleted. Like the others. There is nothing I would like better than to have the better image, but we need to make sure the image is released to be reusable and editable by everyone, like the rest of the Wikipedia. --GRuban (talk) 17:31, 10 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
