Are you receiving payment for editing Wikipedia? If so please be aware of WP:COI and that under the site's terms of use you need to declare the details of your contract on your user page. Alexbrn (talk) 02:04, 30 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello Indepentten. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have a financial stake in promoting a topic, such as the edit you made to Face lift dentistry,. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially egregious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a black hat practice.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists, and if it does not, from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Indepentten. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Indepentten|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. If you are being compensated, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, please do not edit further until you answer this message. Answer

Hello Alexbrn, I think I did answer your question yesterday. I am not receiving any compensation neither having any relation of employment to this article or the inventor. I am interested in helping this article to improve it, because I think this new tech will help many others to live their better lives. Please let me know if I can continue editing or what else to do to improve it, and good editing skill does not means payment or relation. I also need your help, because the title looks informal when it is not capitalized, and when I used DISPLAYTITLE, it did not seem working. Indepentten (talk) 14:31, 30 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for clarifying your position. As to editing, I recommend starting at WP:5P. I'm not sure the topic of Face lift dentistry is however worthy of an article - please continue any discussion on the article's Talk page or at WT:MED, where I have mentioned the article. Alexbrn (talk) 15:18, 30 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Alexbrn and other editors, Thank you for your suggestions. I believe I did follow the Five Pillars when I edited it, for example: Pillar #2: Wikipedia is written from a neutral point of view: We strive for articles that document and explain the major points of view, giving due weight with respect to their prominence in an impartial tone. We avoid advocacy and we characterize information and issues rather than debate them. In some areas there may be just one well-recognized point of view; in others, we describe multiple points of view, presenting each accurately and in context rather than as "the truth" or "the best view". All articles must strive for verifiable accuracy, citing reliable, authoritative sources, especially when the topic is controversial... ————————— To follow this Pillar, I searched the Internet to gather information to show in the Media Review section that this topic and its views are very popular. In addition, all information provided is cited with reliable source. And thus it is worth to be an independent wiki article.

Pillar #4: Editors should treat each other with respect and civility: Respect your fellow Wikipedians, even when you disagree. Apply Wikipedia etiquette, and don't engage in personal attacks. Seek consensus, avoid edit wars, and never disrupt Wikipedia to illustrate a point. Act in good faith, and assume good faith on the part of others... ————————— To follow this Pillar, I respected other editors to keep all contents with reliable sources, and deleted those from non reliable sources. So please respect my work, and do not delete those contents with highly reliable sources. My opinion is, when a topic is so popular and attracting huge amount of discussions and media reports, it is worth being a wiki article.

In addition, I fully understood your argument and doubt. Since Face Lift Dentistry is such a brand new technology, your doubt can be easily understood; for example, when the first computer was invented, people should have had enough reasons to doubt about the fact that if it was qualified to be listed as an wiki article. Thank you for the consideration. Indepentten (talk) 12:51, 2 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
