Thanks for uploading Image:20060830164035842.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

Please stop adding that website into the list of external links, it is not official and does not add any significance to the article itself. In addition, do not add Katergiannakis into noted players' list, he played just a handful of matches with Cagliari and is therefore non-notable (a minimum of 100 matches is required for a player to be included there). Thanks in advance. --Angelo12:58, 3 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Dimitrios Eleftheropoulos
Firstly, please do nor misuse/massive use of flag. Secondly, Serie A is still on going. Please cite a reliable source he signed for Greek club, as there is no announcement by the Greek club yet. Matthew_hktc18:00, 29 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Angelos Charisteas
Please do not add a second entry for a club in the infobox when a player is only loaned to a different club and do not add "at present" (for an example infobox see Wikipedia:WikiProject Football/Players). And be also aware that when you are updating goals and apps for a player the you have to update the "pcupdate" and "ntupdate" parameter, too. --Jaellee (talk) 12:16, 31 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Giourkas Seitaridis
Could you please read that when you update goals and apps for a player, you only update it with domestic league statistics. Giourkas Seitaridis has not scored a league goal since his last season at PAS Giannina.
Hi. The statistic in the player infobox is for League appearances only. As explained in my edit summaries, Stelios played in only two League games for Hull City; his third game was in the FA Cup. So please could you stop changing this. Cheers, BEVE (talk) 14:06, 28 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
File source and copyright licensing problem with File:Kapsi national team.jpg
File Copyright problem
Thanks for uploading File:Kapsi national team.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.
As well as adding the source, we also need to know the terms of the license that the copyright holder has published the file under, usually done by adding a licensing tag. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

Thanks for uploading File:Images308.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

Thank you for uploading File:Oi xeniteme.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log.
The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Oi xenitemenoi until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on good quality evidence, and our policies and guidelines.
Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article. ⌘macwhiz (talk) 01:40, 17 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

They don't add something unique to the article that is not currently or potentially referenced by a better source (fails point #1).
Greecechampion.com appears to be a fansite, most probably written by yourself (fails point #11, seems a conflict of interest).
This mass addition of those external links on the article of every Greek squad member seems like a try to promote your website by spamming (fails point #2).
If you wish to re-add those external links, please open a discussion on the talkpage of each individual article, explaining how this addition will benefit them. Cheers. – Kosm1fent08:57, 19 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
You have been blocked from editing for a period of 48 hours for repeated addition of unreferenced material to BLPs despite multiple warnings. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.
Hi. Please stop making unsourced edits as you did at 2013–14 UEFA Champions League. The top scorers table will be updated when the source is updated. I see you have been warned previously and hope you stop making unsourced edits or I am afraid that you will be blocked again after some more warnings. Thank you QED237(talk)21:05, 2 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Infobox dates
Hi, when updating infobox stats you should update the |ntupdate= or |nationalteam-update= parameter by adding five tildes (~~~~~), which generates the specific time the update was made. Cheers, Mattythewhite (talk) 18:15, 5 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
