Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, one or more of the external links you added to the page Hiragana do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a collection of links; nor should it be used as a platform for advertising or promotion, and doing so is contrary to the goals of this project. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you. JamesBWatson (talk) 19:59, 4 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

This is your last warning. The next time you insert a spam link, as you did at Hiragana, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted, preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines.

You have been indefinitely blocked from editing for Vandalism. If you feel this block is unjustified, you may contest it by adding the text {{unblock|your reason here}} below. ST47 (talk) 01:33, 5 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

vandalism?_

please let it make sense. which part of wikipedia guideline this recommed exeternal links vilolate? please.

You were told to not add the link, but you kept adding it despite it being removed by several other established editors. You are not a vandal, but you are a spammer.—Ryūlóng (竜龙) 02:29, 5 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

ok then, you are not answering my question. which part of the guideline this recommende site violates? and also how come i can't add the link? everyone can edit, delete, and add to the site. that's the wikipedia's one of the important fundamentality. what you are doing is just depriving the rights to know form the viewers of wikipedia. Spam??? to me, this your repeating deleting is spam. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Hpcomarc (talkcontribs) 04:07, 5 August 2011

I will try to clarify the situation for you. Firstly, it seems to me that you are making the common mistake of thinking that "anyone can edit Wikipedia" means "anyone can edit Wikipedia in any way they like", whereas it actually means only that anyone can contribute to Wikipedia as long as they do so in accordance with Wikipedia's accepted standards. Nobody is depriving anyone of the right to know anything: there is nothing at all to stop people knowing about your site from other sources than Wikipedia. The links you added were clearly intended primarily to inform people of the existence of your web site, not primarily to add to the content of the articles. They therefore fall under the description "Links mainly intended to promote a website". JamesBWatson (talk) 10:05, 5 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
