Second wind (sleep)

I don't know how to suggest an article for deletion; can someone tell me how? This one is poor, repeats tips which belong in 'Sleep hygiene' and could as well belong in Wictionary. Thanks, --Hordaland (talk) 15:20, 3 October 2011 (UTC)

The simplest way is to "prod" it, by placing a template {{subst:prod|Neologism with no reputable sources}} at the top of the talk page. (The part after the vertical bar is an explanation, which you can alter as you please.) Any editor is free to remove the prod tag, but if nobody does for a week, the article will be deleted. The alternative is to nominate the article for deletion via the AfD process, but that involves a lot more work -- I'll give you further pointers if you like. A new medical resource

Please note that there is a new freely accessible medical resource, MedMerits (to which I'm a medical advisor) on neurologic disorders. I didn't know there was a problem with contacting people as I did and have stopped, having been duly cautioned. You're right in that MedMerits does not offer total coverage of sleep or neurology in general because of licensing restrictions. But it does have a very large selection of neurologic content, including sleep. MedLink has an excellent sleep section.
