After I thanked Phillippe on his talk page for above, I submitted an ANI report on the IP vandal: "This user, a school, has had many warnings and was blocked for 48 hrs in March 2010. Latest example, see today's warning on talk page, is particularly damaging. Block suggested." --Hordaland (talk) 23:15, 11 May 2010 (UTC)
