Hello and Konichawa high-flying fish, I seem to not realize I didnt source my edits. I read what you said about meeting up tonight and I believe I did. Remember when I read Zezenapsid002's conversation about Nigorobuna, I was certainly intrigued of this editor.. To add a citation, click on the place you want the citation to be in the article (after the info you added). Click on the "Cite" tab above the article text in your edit window. There click the "Templates" drop down menu. If your source is a website, click "Cite Web". Put in the URL in the "URL" field and click the Magnifying Glass icon. It will auto-fill the other fields for you. Check the other fields and fix any errors the website made. Then click Insert. For journal articles, its the same, except you use the "cite journal" template and input a doi. For books, you use the Cite Book template and input an ISBN. If you can't find the DOI/ISBN of your source, just fill out the fields in the template manually. I restored your edit to Jikin goldfish. Its visible again, and attached to the reference. The wording of the section needs improvement, as its hard to understand in English. If you could find someone who knows both the language the reference is in (Japanese?), and English, that would be really great. Peptide-RNA world

FYI - I've been looking at the RNA world article, and at the history of the Peptide-RNA world article which got merged, and I noticed your contributions... There's been some recent work in this area which I thought you might be interested in, if you don't already know — a research paper by John Sutherland and others in Nature Chemistry, also reported in Science Mag, which seems to demonstrate that precursors of both peptides and RNA (and of lipids as well) could have formed from a single network of chemical reactions, beginning with hydrogen cyanide and hydrogen sulfide... This page should not be speedily deleted because it is a plausible misspelling, and when searching Cyclopy, the medical condition did not come up in the search options at all until I created this page. I did not make the redirect at Cyclopy because Cyclopy has a meaning, specifically its a song in the album Early Recordings from Kansas 1971–1973. Someone searching cyclopy may be searching for the song, or misspelling the medical condition. Prior to this redirect's creation, they would only find the song. Parenthesis and species authority

The use of parathesis around authority+year is not a matter of personal preference or random, but is governed by the ICZN Code (specifically article 51.3). When a species has not changed genus compared to its original description, there is no parathesis (example: Piaractus orinoquensis), but when it has there is a parathesis (examples: Piaractus brachypomus, originally described as Myletes brachypomus, and Piaractus mesopotamicus, originally Myletes mesopotamicus).
