CHM437 Peer Review

Hey Harris.qureshi, I think that you still haven't finished your draft just yet. But I think these are some suggestions to make your article even better: 1) a picture of the active of urease. 2) possible reaction mechanism used to catalyze showing the reaction intermediates. 3)possible history of the enzyme. Cheers mate. PS I would be awesome if you could give some suggestion for my sandbox article. Rahman437 (talk) 20:08, 2 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Feedback on your article draft

Nice work on your article draft. I notice that you haven't linked to other Wikipedia articles. Wikilinks are valuable to readers, since they allow them to learn more about the topics discussed in an article. You might also want to spell out full species names; for example, while I'm guessing that K. aerogenes is probably Klebsiella aerogenes, it's hard to tell for sure without looking at your sources (which might not be available to a reader who doesn't have access to the journals you're citing). Adding a link shows that we don't have an article about about that species - which someone might see and decide to create. Ian (Wiki Ed) (talk) 22:48, 5 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

One more thing on your article (which is progressing nicely) - the convention for Wikipedia articles is that section headers aren't capitalized (unless they're proper nouns). So, for example, it should be "Urease metallocenter assembly" not "Urease Metallocenter Assembly". Again, nice work! Ian (Wiki Ed) (talk) 20:47, 18 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for uploading File:Klebsiella aerogenes urease metallocenter biosynthesis pathway from The Journal of Biological Chemistry.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Stefan2 (talk) 00:38, 19 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

While I can't say definitively if the claim of fair use is merited, I think the issue that it isn't used in an article can be solved easily enough if you move your draft into mainspace. You're supposed to do that within the next week, right? Ian (Wiki Ed) (talk) 04:30, 19 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
