@Hansmuller: This is a very informative overview, thank you for writing it.

However, the section titled "Not harmful" is inaccurate. In general, WP:NOTCENSORED has been understood as prohibiting censoring content on the basis that it may be considered harmful or otherwise objectionable. Some knowledge can be used in harmful ways, but we include it anyways. (See WP:COMPREHENSIVE for some examples.) --Yair rand (talk) 05:40, 1 September 2020 (UTC)
