Deletion discussion about Powstro

Hello, Handroid7,

Welcome to Wikipedia! I edit here too, under the username Slatersteven and it's nice to meet you :-)

I wanted to let you know that I've started a discussion about whether an article that you created, Powstro should be deleted. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Powstro .

You might like to note that such discussions usually run for seven days and are not ballot-polls. And, our guide about effectively contributing to such discussions is worth a read. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.

If you have any questions, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Slatersteven}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ . Thanks!

Message delivered via the Page Curation tool, on behalf of the reviewer.

PWA disadvantages

Thanks for your edits to Progressive web applications#Disadvantages. Please could you go back and add references to substantiate what you've written? Curb Safe Charmer (talk) 10:25, 20 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I am going to add references as soon as possible. Meanwhile, the section is marked as unreferenced, as it should be prior to adding references. --Handroid7 (talk) 12:49, 20 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

draft space

You are in fact not correct, article in draft space can be deleted. All draft space means is you have a bit more time to write it before its gets dumped. Slatersteven (talk) 08:25, 24 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, just saw this. --Handroid7 (talk) 08:44, 24 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

notability

Please read wp:n, no article is going to stand unless it passes this. You will note that having lots of fans is not a criteria. And anyway 100000 is not even 1% of the UK population, let alone the world. Slatersteven (talk) 08:31, 24 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

AFD

Once an AFD is closed you should not really post to it anymore. If you disagree with rthe deltion you need to go to WP:DRV, and follow there process. But I am not sure that would be a good idea. Slatersteven (talk) 08:31, 24 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for August 27

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Windows Calculator, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Binary (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 07:21, 27 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

It has already been fixed by someone else, but thank you. --Handroid7 (talk) 18:59, 31 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Notice

The article Animation creep has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Appears to be original research. Neither of the sources provided uses the phrase "animation creep" nor discuss the concept under another name (one is just a screen shot of a quick settings panel). Google search for "animation creep" also doesn't show widespread use of the phrase.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. ... discospinster talk 21:22, 4 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Unblock request: Zero abuse.

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Handroid7 (block logactive blocksglobal blockscontribsdeleted contribsfilter logcreation logchange block settingsunblockcheckuser (log))

Request reason:

Zero vandalism, see Special:Contributions/Handroid7.
Also, that last draft article I created was not about Wikipedia administrators, but other websites. A perfectly legitimate article. Sorry if it accidentially offended any of you.
Also, WP:TCAG13 is a legitimate essay, just like Wikipedia:Why not create an account? (I don't agree with the latter one, but just as example).

Decline reason:

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.

Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. Yamla (talk) 23:34, 18 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

@Yamla: Sorry, I thought it was obvious enough from my edits, but let me clarify:

  • The block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia.
  • The block is no longer necessary because you understand what you have been blocked for.
    •  Yes, I already understood it when creating this account in accordance to WP:CLEANSTART.
  • will not continue to cause damage or disruption
  • will make useful contributions

Is there anything else you suggest me to do? Please let me know. -- –– Handroid7  discuss

WP:CLEANSTART is not available. Your original account is blocked. Until that block is lifted, you are not welcome here, you are not permitted to edit. Every single edit from this account violated WP:EVADE and WP:SOCK and was abusive. --Yamla (talk) 23:46, 18 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
WP:CLEANSTART says "Any user who has active bans, blocks or sanctions imposed (including, but not limited to, those listed here); or is currently or about to be formally discussed for their conduct (such as at an administrative noticeboard or in an open case with the Arbitration Committee); or is attempting to evade scrutiny, may not have a clean start." --Yamla (talk) 23:46, 18 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@Yamla: I have already understood and learnt from my mistakes. The purpose of WP:EVADE and WP:SOCK is preventing damage to Wikipedia, none of which has been done through this account. If my intention was damaging Wikipedia, I would not have done >1000 legitimate edits in the meantime. {{SUBST:User:Handroid7/signature}} 23:56, 18 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Please disclose all the accounts you've used here.--Bbb23 (talk) 23:59, 18 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@Bbb23: User:Chanc20190325. And the blocked IP addresses through which I have accessed Wikipedia were through a proxy I enabled for other web pages, not for Wikipedia. Is there anything else you need me to do? {{SUBST:User:Handroid7/signature}} 00:05, 19 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Also, please take a look here. I have learnt from it. What else do you need? {{SUBST:User:Handroid7/signature}} 00:10, 19 October 2019 (UTC)
I forgot to mention something: I also have created an account called A________________ (check it for yourself), but that was for help desk on the German Wikipedia for a more sensitive topic I did not want to have associated with this one. Unrelated to Wikipedia. {{SUBST:User:Handroid7/signature}} 00:13, 19 October 2019 (UTC)
@Yamla: What do you need me to do now? --{{SUBST:User:Handroid7/signature}} 00:21, 19 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
(edit conflict) That's cute. I assume you mean Anonymous201910 (talk · contribs · count), which I already know about, and was blocked at de.wiki for their equivalent of WP:NOTHERE with no TPA or e-mail. I'm giving you some leeway to say something useful. So far, you haven't, and if you persist in what I consider to be trolling, I will revoke TPA.--Bbb23 (talk) 00:22, 19 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@Bbb23: “So far, you haven't” Why not? What do you need me to do in order to get unblocked? I have already recognized my mistake a long time ago, as you can see above and throug my edits in the meantime. I done over 1000 productive edits through this account. Is that not useful? Is there anything else you need? ––{{SUBST:User:Handroid7/signature}} 00:37, 19 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@Bbb23: I am sorry to say that I feel a bit humiliated. Could you please have a bit sympathy? Thanks. I am a human too. {{SUBST:User:Handroid7/signature}} 00:52, 19 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@Yamla: Is what I said above really not useful? --{{SUBST:User:Handroid7/signature}} 00:44, 19 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Hello, @Ixfd64:. Can you comment here? I really don't understand. Thanks. --{{SUBST:User:Handroid7/signature}} 00:48, 19 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@Oshwah: I see you're online right now. Could you please comment on the incident above? ––{{SUBST:User:Handroid7/signature}} 01:02, 19 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
