File Copyright problem
File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:YisraelSafeekattheUniversityofTennessee.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status and its source. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously.

If you did not create this work entirely yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. You will also need to state under what licensing terms it was released. Please refer to the image use policy to learn what files you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. The page on copyright tags may help you to find the correct tag to use for your file.

Please add this information by editing the image description page. If the necessary information is not added within the next days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please also check any other files you may have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. ww2censor (talk) 06:27, 11 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on File:Safeek08-24-09 073.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.  Ronhjones  (Talk) 01:28, 3 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Copy and paste

This content "Catheter associated urinary tract infections (CAUTI) are the most common healthcare-acquired infection (HAI) in acute care hospitals. About 15-20% of hospital patients have a urinary catheter placed during their hospital stay. Of these, 10% develop urinary tract infections. This amounts to over 500,000 hospital acquired urinary tract infections per year" is word for word from [1] which you added in this edit [2] Doc James (talk · contribs · email) (if I write on your page reply on mine) 03:34, 31 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The file File:Bentley Flying Spur Mulliner.jpg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Small and low quality. Better alternatives available.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.

Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. --Minorax«¦talk¦» 05:26, 11 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
