The article GayPark has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No sourcing or even claim for WP:NOTABILITY.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Welcome to Wikipedia. I saw that you edited or created GayPark, and I noticed that the username you have chosen, "GayPark.Jimmy", seems to imply that you are editing on behalf of something other than yourself. Please note that you may not edit on behalf of a company, group, institution, product, or website which relates to the entity in question, and Wikipedia does not allow usernames that are promotional or accounts that are shared. If you are willing to use a personal account, please take a moment to create a new account or request a username change that represents only yourself as an individual. You should also read our Conflict of interest guideline and Plain and simple conflict of interest guide, and remember that promotional editing is not acceptable regardless of the username you choose. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. Thank you. AnupMehra 08:53, 24 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I'd like to follow up on the above warning, which was placed with good intentions but is slightly misguided. Usernames can contain the name of a business as long as they also denote an individual (WP:ISU). Your username does, so it is acceptable.
The further warnings about conflict of interest still apply, however. Wikipedia discourages people from writing about subjects with which they have a vested personal or professional stake. If your article is deleted, you could try either the Articles for Creation or Requested Articles routes. In either case, you will be expected to provide reliable, independent sources that can prove that the company is notable. Best of luck. --Drm310 (talk) 22:12, 24 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The page GayPark has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the content of the page appeared to be blatant advertising which only promoted something or someone, and which was unlikely to be suitable for an article (or at best would need a fundamental rewrite). Wikipedia is not a medium for promotion of anything, whether a company, product, group, service, person, religious or political belief, or anything else. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item G11, as well as the guidelines on spam. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this.
