If necessary your website can be added to the spam blacklist, so that the Mediawiki software will not allow any link to it to be saved. However, I hope you won't choose to make that necessary, as it just might cause inconvenience for legitimate editors, as each spam website on the list adds just a little more time for every edit on Wikipedia, as every one has to be checked each time.
