If you have a close connection to some of the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest. In keeping with Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, edits where there is a conflict of interest, or where such a conflict might reasonably be inferred from the tone of the edit and the proximity of the editor to the subject, are strongly discouraged. If you have a conflict of interest, you should avoid or exercise great caution when:

  1. editing articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with,
  2. participating in deletion discussions about articles related to your organization or its competitors,
  3. linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam);
    and you must always:
  4. avoid breaching relevant policies and guidelines, especially neutral point of view, verifiability, and autobiography.

Accounts used solely for blatant self-promotion may be blocked indefinitely without further warning.

For more details, please read the Conflict of Interest guideline. Thank you. -- Ronz  14:55, 2 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Egyptian pyramid construction techniques. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. [1] -- Ronz  02:18, 4 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Pyramids!

"How can I allow Wikipedia readers to be introduced to my new pyramids construction theory?" WP:COI covers the topic very thoroughly. -- Ronz  15:50, 4 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

So basically , since I am the author of the theory, there is no way to share it with Wikipedia readers?

You need to follow the guidelines in WP:COI. You can write a suggestion for inclusion on the talk page of an article, but it's up to someone else to add the content to the article. -- Ronz  14:47, 5 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hey Ronz, never asked you if you liked the theory. Did you? All the best!
