Hello, GKTeam96

Welcome to Wikipedia! I edit here too, under the username Govvy and it's nice to meet you :-)

I wanted to let you know that I've proposed an article that you started, List of gambling television programs, for deletion because it meets one of the relevant criteria and I believe that the article obviously and uncontroversially does not belong in an encyclopedia. The particular issue can be found in the notice that is now visible at the top of the article.

If you wish to prevent the deletion:

  1. Edit the page
  2. Remove the text that looks like this: {{proposed deletion/dated...}}
  3. Click the Publish changes button.

If you object to the article's deletion, please remember to explain why you think the article should be kept on the article's talk page and improve the page to address the issues raised in the deletion notice. Otherwise, it may be deleted later by other means.

If you have any questions, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Govvy}}. And remember to sign your reply with ~~~~. Thanks!

Rai News 24 viewing ability outside of Italy

I just saw you made an edit on the Rai News 24 webpage stating that it is only in Italy. I reverted this edit because you didn't state any sources confirming this.

In addition, I am from the United States and do watch this channel from time to time. I did noticed that sometime on June 14 or June 15, 2024 that the live streaming for people outside of Italy to watch Rai News 24 stopped and said something along the line of that this content/livestream can only be viewed in Italy (or whatever it said).

I personally did reached out to them to see why it was stopped/suspended. In an email I got back after filling out their form (https://www.rai.it/centroassistenza), they said and I quote

"HI, For Euro 2024, Rai holds a right limited only to the national territory, consequently this content is not visible on RaiPlay for connections outside of Italy. This limitation also applies to any information or entertainment broadcasts containing images relating to the event in question. For this reason, viewing abroad of the Rainews channel and any information or entertainment TV and radio broadcasts containing images or audio relating to the event in question has been temporarily suspended. Consequently, this limitation also concerns the RaiPlay Sound offer and in particular, during the Euro 2024 period, outside the national territory, the live broadcasts of Radio1 and Radio1 Sport will not be available during the radio commentary of the matches, the audio on demand of the matches themselves and the regional news. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Greetings, ScriveRai Contact Center" (translated this from Italian-English)

Rai edit

I saw you made a contribution to the RAI (https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=RAI&diff=prev&oldid=1231690034). I have reverted it.

  • Firstly, When I read the following paragraph "When watching Rai television channels outside Italy, except Rai News 24, the following text appears in Italian above: "Siamo spiacenti. RAI detiene i diritti per lo streaming del contenuto esclusivamente per connessioni dall'Italia." and in English below: "The streaming of this content is available in Italy only. We apologize for the inconvenience." From 14 June 2024, Rai News 24 internet TV broadcast is only available in Italy.", there were a couple of issues with this paragraph. You do not state any sources of where you got this information from. In addition, I think that we follow a month, day and year format when listing dates on any Wikipedia pages. The way you began the sentence sounds like an observation you made and doesn't follow the correct tenses that is allowed on Wikipedia.
  • Secondly, as I stated in the above message, I reached out to myself on why it was suspended on or after June 14, 2024 which I attached a screenshot of the original response I got back (which is in Italian but translated it to English for easy reading).

Please remember to cite your sources. Please see Wikipedia:Citing sources. If you need assistance on citing anything or got questions about citing, please visit Wikipedia:Teahouse and someone will be more than happy to assist you. Soafy234 (talk) 19:08, 29 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon

On your recent edit that you made to DVB-T, you did not stated any sources at all whatsoever and seems to removed information. You didn't state the justification in your edit summary at all. You wrote "major update". Can you please elaborate what this means? Edit summary should be why you move and/or remove information and should not be vague.

On your edit for the Television in Turkey which can be seen here, you included information but stated no sources at all. I have reverted this edit. Please do not add this paragraph back in until you add a source for where you found this information.

I also noticed on TRT 1 that you once again changed information and added information but not citing it which can be viewed by clicking on this hyperlink. I have reverted this edit. Please do not add this paragraph back in until you add a source for where you got this information from.

Also, I am noticing that you are not properly using citations on a few of your edits that I looked over. As of now, you reference sources by this format: {{<ref>[insert website]</ref>}}. If you need assistance on using it, please ask in Wikipedia:Teahouse and someone will be happy to help you. Please consult Wikipedia:Citing sources for how proper citations should look like.

Thank you for reading this message. Soafy234 (talk) 23:10, 29 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
