Seems like you've tried to create this a few times already - so please let me offer a few suggestions.
- First - your article does nothing to mention why this project (organization?) is notable - please read WP:ORG
- Second - the article is currently too short to really tell what it is about
- Third - your article lacks reliable third-party sources to back up any of what I am asking you to show in the first two points above - see WP:RS
