Hulki Aldikacti (1933 - 2015) Hulki Aldikacti was born in 1933 in Turkey, and died March l4, 2015 (age 81). Wife: Ayla. Daughter: Leyla (Craig) Hanson and Seba (the late Walter) Bodden. Hulki Aldikacti was an acclaimed automotive designer at General Motors for 43 years. His many innovative designs included the iconic Pontiac Fiero (1984-1988). He was an avid golfer. Hulki Aldikacti was a person that possessed outstanding engineering skills, while being an extraordinary leader at the same time. Hulki's ability to used the Lateral Thinking process, enabled him to circumvent the Vertical Thinking of GM Management, to get the right product into production. Hulki was the Chief Engineer of the Pontiac Fiero, and the car became one of his major achievements. He is remembered as the Father of the Fiero.
