Hi, Finny. I'm genuinely sorry, but an "up and coming" artist simply doesn't meet the notability requirements. Because of the sheer number of articles about musicians and bands which this site sees every day, the bar is set extremely high for inclusion. You can see the details at WP:BAND. Copyright problem: Marrakech process
