A tag has been placed on on your user page, User:Fcaysen, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person, and which is a violation of our policies regarding acceptable use of user pages: user pages are intended for active editors of Wikipedia to communicate with one another as part of the process of creating encyclopedic content, and should not be mistaken for free webhosting resources. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 11, as well as the guidelines on spam and the guidelines on user pages.

If you can indicate why the page is not blatant advertising, you may contest the tagging. To do this, please add {{hangon}} on the top of the page in question and leave a note on this page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Calton | Talk 20:31, 28 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Superscript textI am working on this page. It has no intention for advertising or promotion. Please give me a chance to get it right! hangon-hangon please.Superscript text

I will move the text from your userpage onto a sandbox in your user space, then blank your user page. Will explain more in a moment, just get this done before anyone else deletes it! Kim Dent-Brown (Talk) 21:37, 28 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
OK, here's what I've done. I've moved the text from your userpage to User:Fcaysen/sandbox where you can work on it in a little more peace. However, in its current state if you tried to post this to the main article space it would be shot down as advertising in a moment. One of the most frequent reasons for deletion is that a subject fails to meet these criteria for notability. Alternatively, a notable subject may just not be properly verified with in-line citations. In the case of this article, it may assert some notability, but lacks citations to prove this. The biggest problem though is that it reads as a piece of advertising copy, this violating the neutral point of view axiom which is central to Wikipedia. If you can genuinely re-write this article in a neutral manner, with proper references, then by all means go ahead (and ask me for help if you need it.)
As to your user page; check out here to see what is and is not appropriate for a user page. Again, if you need any help just let me know - just click on the bit after my signature that says (talk) and then edit my talk page, adding your question at the bottom. Best wishes, Kim Dent-Brown (Talk) 21:48, 28 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 22:28, 28 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I want the general public to have the ability to know who we are simply w/o going against any Wiki rules. Please help. Hi Frank, no problem. I'm just about to leave for work so can't add much now, but will reply over the weekend. I think it's probably best to keep the discussion here, so it's all in one place. Reply below, and I'll see it. For now, it would probably help if you looked at as many of the blue links in my message above as you can. This will help with some background about Wikipedia and article writing. I'll get back to you here asap. PS: If you add ~~~~ after your contribution you will get your signature and time stamp, like this - Kim Dent-Brown (Talk) 06:58, 29 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free media (Image:Jhcalogo.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:Jhcalogo.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Melesse (talk) 01:18, 2 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on User:Fcaysen/sandbox requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section U5 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to consist of writings, information, discussions, and/or activities not closely related to Wikipedia's goals. Please note that Wikipedia is not a free web hosting service. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such pages may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here.
