Well drat, I'm sorry. You were supposed to receive a notification from HostBot in this message here; your username is linked and the message is appropriately signed. Maybe there are other errors that cause notifications not to go through? I'll bring this to the attention of the maintainer, Jmorgan (WMF) and see if we can't figured out what happened.
