In Area under the curve, can you add an example of the use of AUC in trials, such as in dose selection for carcinogenicity studies of pharmaceuticals per ICH S1C(R2)?

It is really nice that you could use some of our notes from earlier in the semester on Pharmacokinetics and AUC as presented by Dr. McNamara.
