Just a note to ask you to read WP:COPYVIO. Some of the articles above consisted of text copied from the Newberry Library site. I could see no sign there that this material was licensed under the various things mentioned in COPYVIO, and I must assume that they are protected by the normal copyright that applied to anything published. Unfortunately, unless this copyright is released (see the policy), we can't have the material here. ArbCom elections are now open!

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve.
