most of the information contained in this article has come from the book under reference i.e. "Tareekh-e-adbiat suba sarhad" (the literary history of North Western Frontier Pakistan, now renamed Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan) and the newspaper The Daily Mashriq (date).
