As far as the SNAP program goes:

• My main concern here is that a section specifically on Warren would be a bit too much. It's routine for politicians to focus on various assistance programs and there's rarely need to explain the political history of the politician, as in most cases it isn't going to be directly pertinent to the topic. In Warren's case there's also an article on her that can give the information on her political career. What should be focused on is the act itself, as this it's pertinent to the topic and has received coverage, so it's definitely notable. What I would recommend in this situation is that you post the subsection titled "The College Student Hunger Act of 2019" at the end of the history section, without the prior subsection about Warren.

Now as far as the history of women article goes:

• This article is meant to take more of a general overview rather than focus on specific women in politics, so I don't think that a section on Warren would really be appropriate here. For one specific woman to be highlighted she would have to be very, very overwhelmingly notable in multiple ways. Warren is amazing, but I don't think she so overwhelmingly notable that she should be highlighted in depth here. For that matter, the topic of the SNAP program extension to students would be seen as kind of off topic for the article (which is about the history of women in the US in general).

I would stick to the SNAP program article as far as the act goes. I did do some light tweaking to the section on the act, but I think that you've done well with that and it can be moved live whenever you're ready, to the area I recommended above. Something I did want to suggest as a general thing, however, is that the history of students and the SNAP program seems to be a fairly tumultuous one. I think that there's definite merit in creating a section that covers the history of college students and SNAP, as it looks like in general there have been concentrated efforts to exclude them from the program that are unique to them.
