The correct use is actually "1950s" and "ADLs".

See the Manual of Style page.

Also see the Guild of Copy Editors since you seem to be interested in copy editing. Just remember not to put apostrophes where they don't belong. Thanks.

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you insert a spam link. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted, preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines. I see one external link in this user's contributions, and it doesn't appear as spam. Maybe not necessary (and should be removed), but he gave clear reason for every one of his contributions. Why are you threatening to block him from editing? Unless you can point me to something so incredibly malicious about him, please see WP:GF. —General534 (talk) 22:02, 1 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
EDIT: Nevermind, I see what you're talking about now, haha. I see the citations now. —General534 (talk)

—General534 & Mean as custard Not meant to be malicious. Did a Google search on the topic and found the article. I'll try harder to find better information. I enjoy researching and helping as I am learning much about a variety of different topics. Duster99 (talk) 22:20, 1 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
