Please read WP:N, WP:BAND and WP:MUSIC (and look at the links above I've left) to look at the notability guidelines for bands. The reason why the article was deleted before it is because it failed to demonstrate how/why the subject is notable. If you are sure that the group is notable and you're able to assert its notability you can create again the article and if you have some good references and content from websites (though not MySpace or Facebook or blogs) feel free to add those sources and references.
