SAMBANDH Finserve Private Limited (SFPL)
SAMBANDH Finserve Private Limited (SFPL) is one of the most reputed Microfinance Institutions formed in the year 2006 by Mr. Livinus Kindo IAS (Retd.). It was formed to provide the much-needed financial services to the low-income marginalised and schedule tribe community of Chotanagpur region of Eastern India in a sustainable and holistic manner. Mr. Kindo has played a very important role in developing an eco-system in Chotanagpur region amongst the tribal population as he has been closely working with the people since 1992.
The founders understood the importance of relationship (Sambandh) in this initiative, hence gave immense importance to the customer relationship. They invested time, energy, resources in order to understand the needs and the challenges of the customers. This equipped and empowered Sambandh to know their customer well and serve aptly and in a focused manner. SFPL has developed itself to be a strong grass-root organisation in the Chotanagpur region of three States (Odisha, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh).
